Chosen by God to be EXAMPLES to the nations

Hello girls!!
Are you all enjoying a bright new start to the week?? This is a new day!! Today is the day that the Lord has made, rejoice and be glad in it!! (Psalm 118:24)
It was soooo good on Friday at YAF and on Sunday! Not only were the mothers blessed on Sunday, we were ALL blessed too! Amen?? And I think our God deserves a BIGGG clap for the number of girls we had!! 27!! That's at least 8 new souls that can be won for Jesus!! Of course thanks go to the girls in our group who brought their friends too!! God is working wonderful things in you! Don't let it stop! Each and everyone of us is used by God to do the great works that Jesus did and even GREATER works! (John 14:12)
I was reading from 1 Thessalonians 1 and verse 4-7 stood out to me (NKJ):
"4 knowing, beloved brethren, your election by God."
This is the end of the previous sentence but what is important is that God chose YOU by name!! You are SPECIAL in His eyes!
"5 For our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in POWER, and in the Holy Spirit and in much assurance, as you know what kind of men we were among you for your sake. 6 And you became followers of us and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Spirit, "
When we read the Word, its not only words on paper, but its comes with power. If God says you can do something, you CAN! When you read the Word, its bound to be relevant to our own lives! It's not only a historical book... It's a book that teaches us how to live TODAY!
"7 so that you became examples to all in Macedonia and Achaia who believe."
Having said that the Word isn't only a history book, I'm going to make it personal. Now that we've RECEIVED the HOLY SPIRIT and the POWER of His WORD, let us live it out and be EXAMPLES to ALL of ADELAIDE!!! Nothing is too hard for us when God is moving with us and before us!! Amen????
Let us join in unity to pray that NLCC keeps MOVING forward drawing people close to God! Also Anne mentioned at YAF three things that we have when we meet with God! Let us pray that we have those qualities too!
1. PEACE that is never shaken
2. LOVE that never runs out
3. STRENGTH that is always there
On top of that, I've got 2 personal prayer points...
1. Studies.. Got LOTS of assignments due in week 10 & 11 (but I believe that God will help me though with good results as I do not stop serving Him in my busy days!!)
2. I want to know if God wants me to serve Him in the Children's Ministry - I'm still waiting to hear from God! I'll serve Him any way He wants me to... xD
Thanks girls!!~ May you all be filled with the LOVE, JOY & PEACE of the Lord Jesus this week~ Be intimate with Him, like you've never had before!!

I've been keeping you in my prayers & see that God is raising up the leader within you. You are called to be a mighty leader & I see that this is the beginning stages of this great journey that God has destined for you.
The strong WORD gift inside of you is what is your foundation & your strength. Steward it well & you will be a woman of the WORD that impacts multitudes.
